" When I was 46 I had a very bad motorcycle accident. Took me completely out and I broke arm, my top vertebrae, I had severe head trauma and I was told I was going to be paralysed and that I will probably not be able to use my right arm. I’ve lost my hearing and 5 days later I was out of the hospital because I had to work. Over the course of 20 years I had 20 odd operations, and both the knees replaced. My girlfriend at the time convinced me to start ballroom dancing. I’m still dancing today and training my clients to incorporate movement patterns that promote balance, strength, and flexibility. This personal journey shaped my approach to fitness, emphasizing the importance of resilience and adaptability. Now, at 66, I continue to inspire my clients, proving that with the right mindset and training, it's never too late to reclaim and enhance your life."
