Ray Conway is a man of many talents. After a successful career as a city trader, he moved into personal training 22 years ago and has since become established as not only one of London’s best trainers but also an expert in Neurological Rehabilitation and Sports Massage and Breathwork Techniques. He is also an accomplished MMA coach as well as a competitive Latin show dancer, so he brings a unique perspective to the fitness and wellbeing industry. Ray is passionate about helping clients achieve professional and personal success through functional fitness and living a healthy, mindful lifestyle which in turn prevents injuries and promotes longevity.
